Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 August 2026

⚠ Not financial advice

TradersWatcher is a trading journal and analytics tool. Nothing in the app, its AI-generated reviews, dashboards, or this website is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. AI reviews are retrospective observations about your own past trades — not predictions or signals. Trading leveraged products (forex, CFDs, futures, crypto) carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using TradersWatcher (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Who provides the Service

TradersWatcher is an independently operated software product, run from British Columbia, Canada. The Service is provided by the operator of TradersWatcher; you can reach us at any time at support@traderswatcher.com, and we respond to legal, privacy and consumer requests through that address.

Purchases are sold by Paddle. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as our Merchant of Record: it is the seller of record for every paid plan, handles payment, taxes and invoicing, and its full company details appear on your receipt and in the checkout terms. Your payment contract for the transaction is with Paddle; these Terms govern your use of the software itself.

3. What the Service is

TradersWatcher is a trading journal and analytics tool. You connect your broker (via our Expert Advisor or CSV import), record trades, voice notes and tags, and receive retrospective, AI-generated reviews of your own trading. The Service does not place trades, manage funds, or provide market access.

4. Not financial advice

The Service is for informational and self-review purposes only. See the notice above. AI output may be incomplete or wrong; treat it as a prompt for your own reflection, not as a recommendation. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

5. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Connect only trading accounts you own or are authorised to use. Notify us at support@traderswatcher.com of any unauthorised use.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial — no card required. After that, plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, this is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, which we do not limit.

Founding-member access is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to the plan stated at purchase; it is not a recurring subscription. We may change pricing with prior notice for future billing periods — existing founding members are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, no unlawful or infringing content, and no uploading of data you have no right to share.

8. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the trading data, recordings and notes you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate and improve the Service (see the Privacy Policy). You can export or delete your data.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that the Service will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradersWatcher is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can request deletion of your data on termination.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the Service.

This does not take away your local rights. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing here overrides the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Payment-related disputes are handled by Paddle as the seller of record.

Before starting formal proceedings, please write to support@traderswatcher.com — most issues are faster to fix directly.

12. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@traderswatcher.com.
