Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. No form to fill in, no reason required — one email to support@traderswatcher.com is enough.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial and require no card. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged, so there is nothing to refund.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Founding-member access is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The same 14-day guarantee applies from the date of purchase.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this guarantee is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, which we do not limit or replace.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your statement and issues the invoice; refunds are handled through them, and you may also contact Paddle directly.
